Weight loss requires making lifestyle changes. Losing weight is not just about what we eat or how much we exercise, it’s about working with our mind as well. Learning new ways to manage our thoughts about food, allowing diet choices and exercise changes happen to achieve goals. Our specialist program includes:  
– 12 x 1hr workshops/webinars (options for local group session or an online webinar link)
– Individual assessment of your diet
– A workbook and resources to support your weight loss journey
Each week we will look at areas for change and, using the Healthy Futures workbook,  we will agree realistic goals for the week ahead. 
This program uses behaviour change approaches to achieve weight loss.
Covering nutrition, exercise and the psychological aspects of change, you will learn new skills to help you manage your diet, and acquire new tools to keep you on track to achieving you weight loss goal for good.
